WEEK 3- Friday



The past week i haven't  done much to improve my skill in tennis. So last night i started to run until i got a side stitch. I stopped running until it passed then i ran some more. I ran until i was literally fading out. I used a lot of my energy at tennis practice so it wasn't that hard. In the time that i am not at practice or training my body, I'll usually be playing X-box or hanging out with my friends.

  1. Try timing and distancing your runs, then improve on that.
